Bright Orange - Home

Welcome to the Bright Orange Brewing Company website.... we are still in development, but there is nevertheless a lot of information about us and our plans... please note that we are not yet crafting our beers - what you see on this website are our current plans!

On this site, you will find everything you need to know about our Bright Orange Craft Beer - from our natural brewing process, to our various brands and packs, as well as - perhaps most importantly - where to buy our delicious craft beer.

The choice of our name "Bright Orange" is not a funky decision by marketers - it is very much a statement about us as people and also our company philosophy - a credo, if you will, of who we are and how we live our lives.

Colour plays such an important role in our lives whether we realise it or not. It has the ability to influence our feelings and emotions in a way that few other mediums can.  Orange, as a combination of Red and Yellow, is a bright and warm color, representing fire, the sun, fun, warmth and tropical  images. In some cultures, it symbolizes courage and love.  When we see Orange, oxygen supply to the brain increases and mental activity is stimulated .

Orange is above all a fun, easy going, youthful and light color that has appetizing qualities to it ... and being a citrus color, orange is associated with healthy food.

"Bright" is a descriptor for the colour, basically implying super vibrancy ... but it is also a brewing term, referring to the beer after the fermentation process is finished and the yeast has been removed from suspension, leaving the clear bright liquid we know as beer.  Of course, since the colour Orange stimulates mental activity, "bright" (in a clever sense) could also be inferred.

And that pretty much sums up our brewing philosophy and our craft beers - fun, youthful, appetizing, and sometimes citrus flavoured  .. and above all, healthy and stimulating.
